Rajeev Gupta, Managing Director of Kirpa Ram Dairy Private Limited, has played an enormous role in taking the company to great heights. His proficiency lies in Accounts, purchasing, and processing. His motivation to run the plant smoothly with maximum efficiency at a low cost has exceeded the company.

He is a progressive leader with over 25 years of professional business experience, boasting a remarkable 75-year legacy of running successful businesses as a third-generation leader in the dairy business. As a Director at Kirpa Ram Dairy Pvt. Ltd., he leads the company's strategic growth, focusing sharply on quality through a Zero Rejection Policy, innovation, and operational excellence. He deeply understands customer needs and delivers to them what fits best — ensuring reliability, comfort, and long-term satisfaction. Mr. Sumit Gupta, Director of Kirpa Ram Dairy Private Limited & third generation in the Dairy Business, carrying 50 years of his Grandfather's Legacy & Footprints of a quality dairy ingredients supplier. He is responsible for procuring high-quality liquid milk. He has been known in the Indian Dairy Industry for years for his dedication, innovation, and success. Under his Guidance, Kirpa Ram Dairy Private Limited has established a sizable network with milk producer farmers to procure quality liquid milk, and has contracted with many Chilling centres across North and Central India. He holds a degree in B.Com. (Hons.) with a strong foundation in Operations of Machinery, Utilities & Procurement.
